8/09/2024 It was a first time experience purchasing a vehicle in July 2024, there were some few things that had to be corrected such as the wrong VIN number and car information for the registration and all were promptly fixed by Jim.
I had concerns about one of my headlights looking blurry and Jim purchased a new one with the agreement that I will pay for the headlight and he will pay for the mechanic to install it but the headlights ended up being more costly than I had anticipated; so, Jim paid for the headlights along with paying the mechanic who installed it.

I have had concerns as a new car owner and with having little knowledge of vehicles and I had called Jim on many occasions and he had always listened, explained and helped alleviate my concerns along with giving me knowledge about vehicles, life and I am grateful to have done business with him and consider him a family friend and I will definitely recommend others to patronize JD sales.

JD sales is a business man who not only cares about business but also helping others and that to me set him apart from business focused solely on making purchases to consumers.

1/20/2024 I am not sure if 5 stars is the correct rating for my experience, but I can't think of a compelling reason to give less than that. We bought a Camry from JD Sales a couple of weeks ago. It is a very clean car at a fair price. We found Mr. JD to be professional, responsive, and on top his game. He told us what he does do and doesn't do in terms of selling cars, and he has to this point abided by his word 100% . He knew that he could easily sell the car (people were stopping to look at this car and calling him while we chatted). It took my wife a couple of days to get free from work to have time to try out the car. JD waited patiently, taking the car off the lot until she had a chance to come by. Note well: He didn't even want a binder from us to hold the car. He is quite aware of the reputation that used car salesmen have, but he does not let that prevent him from being a straight shooter. At this point I would urge someone looking for used car to visit JD and give him a look. You may well be glad that you did.
